About the Conference
The 1st International Conference of Food Bioactives & Health (FBHC2016) was held on September 13, 2016 at the John Innes Conference Centre on the Norwich Research Park in Norwich, England. Aim of this conference is to provide an open forum that brings together researchers from various scientific communities to present the latest research and discuss common themes and challenges to understanding the impacts of food bioactives on health. Dr. Mari Maeda-Yamamoto, Director of Food Function Division, NARO Institute of Food Research attended this conference and gave lecture on the topic "Development of functional agricultural products and the use of new health claim system in Japan".
