Summary
Dr. Inatsu gave lectures and carried out joint experiments at the Royal University of Agriculture in Cambodia; and also surveyed the rural developing program (Photo 1). In addition, he visited a local food factory which has been certified according to the Organic Japanese Agricultural Standard (Photo 2).In Laos, Dr. Inatsu surveyed several model farms of the organic or GAP products with the members of clean agriculture developing center, Lao PDR (Photo 3). He also attended the 2nd Southeast Asia Symposium on Quality Management in Postharvest Systems (SEAsia 2013), and gave a presentation entitled "A novel international corroborative research project to increase food hygiene condition in developing country ", by way of introduction to projects commissioned by the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
