Vegetable Pest Management Group

In vegetables, insect damage by whiteflies variety, western flower thrips etc. and the viral disease that is mediated by them has become a major problem. In order to prevent the virus disease, we need to control the insect vectors, but since the insects eventually develop resistance against insecticides, biological control has become extremely difficult. For this reason, to control the behavior of insects, we use the combination of variety of ways such as repellents and natural enemies. We are promoting the overall development of technology to manage the pests and viral diseases affecting vegetable production.
