On 14 September, Director General of BRAIN, Futoshi Hoshina attended the 11th Funding Agency Presidents' Meeting (FAPM) held as a part of annual meeting of Science and Technology in Society (STS) forum. The meeting, with 49 participants from 33 countries/regions and 49 international organizations issues, focused on how funding agencies can collaborate in emergencies and help the emerging technologies to be embraced by the society.
