On 1st September 2016, 6 people from Chainat Field Crops Research Center with the Center head visited the Institute of Crop Science, NARO(NICS). Dr.Masahiro YANO,the Director of NICS ,introduced the organization and the research programs to the visitors.After visiting the field crops,the research staff of Field Crops Research Area explained the Research Activities of each research unit.Visitors from Thailand showed keen interest in hearing about the marker breeding and improving the composition.They also exchanged their views and opinions with the research staff.At last they tasted the sweet potato,questioned about the flavor of edamame.The interest in the quality of food seems to be increasing in the Thailand.
