A delegation led by Prof. Bakhodir Halikov, Acting General Director of the Scientific-Production Center of Agriculture and Food Supply (SPCAFS) under Academy of Sciences of Republic of Uzbekistan together with Dr. Siroj Azizov, First Secretary of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Japan made a courtesy visit to NARO Vice-President (Strategy・Evaluation), Dr. Masumi Katsuta on April 3, 2019. During this visit, Prof. Bakhodir Halikov presented the responsibility and roles of SPCAFS following the brief explanation on the overview of NARO by VP Dr. Masumi Kastuta. They exchanged opinions and then visited the PR center: Tsukuba Agriculture Research Hall showcasing the latest research outcomes of NARO.
