A delegation led by Dr. Pham Xuan Hoi, Director General of Agricultural Genetics Institute made a courtesy visit to NARO Vice President Dr. Koh-Ichi KADOWAKI on November 7, 2019. The delegation also visited Institute of Agrobiological Sciences, NARO (NIAS) and the Genetic Resources Center, NARO (NGRC).
