06. The molecular epidemiological study of Staphylococcus aureus related to bovine mastitis by genotyping using Pulsed-Field Gel Electrophoresis

Japanese

Staphylococcus aureus strains isolated from masitic milk and other body parts of cows from a variety of places in 3 dairy farms were genotyped using Pulsed-Field Gel Electrophoresis(PFGE). Genotyping of S.aureus strains by PFGE was useful to elucidate ecology of S.aureus in dairy farms.
