We collected images of the macroscopic, microscopic, and electron microscopic findings for 55 bovine, 34 swine, and 24 poultry diseases. The images were resized to 100 × 75 (thumbnail) and 1024 × 768 (full size) pixels. Web pages displaying the images and their explanations were created and made available online to inform pathological diagnoses in prefectural animal disease diagnostic centres and animal hygiene service centres. Full-size images were made available with a password setting. To date, the web pages have been accessed more than a million times.
