NARO has signed agreement to extend MOU with Wageningen University and Research Center (WUR) in Wageningen, Netherlands on September 4, 2018 to further strengthen research cooperation. NARO President, Dr. Kazuo Kyuma, and WUR President, Dr. Louise Fresco has confirmed that they are important partners mutually. The WUR is located in the heart of the Netherlands Food Valley where international food companies and research institutes are engaged in world leading-edge research in cooperation with the industry, academia and the government. Since promoting research cooperation with WUR is extremely useful for achieving NARO's mission, the joint research collaboration started in May 2015
