NFRI Food Function Research Division Director at Food Ingredient Asia 2017

The Director of the Division of Food Function Research, Institute of Food Research (NFRI), Dr. Mari Maeda-Yamamoto attended the Food Ingredient Asia held in Bangkok, Thailand on September 13-15, 2017. Dr. Maeda-Yamamoto gave a presentation in the workshop entitled "Consortium on Development Of Functional Food Based on Antioxidants among ASEAN Members" on the "Development of functional agricultural products and use of a new health claim system in Japan" in the session on "Development of functional ingredients/products".
