On November 19, 2013, Dr. Kolesnikova Olga, scientific secretary from Krasnodar Research Institute of Agriculture and two others visited NARO Institute of Crop Science (NICS).
Dr. Kadowaki, Director General of NICS summarized activities of NARO and NICS, and Dr. Oda, Director of Wheat and Barley Research Division summarized Japanese wheat research projects, followed by discussion.
