Dr. Hiromi Kimoto, Principal Researcher of the Functional Biomolecules Research Unit, Division of Animal Products Research, Institute of Livestock and Grassland Science, NARO received the Japanese Society of Animal Science Award for 2017 on March 28, 2017 for his research on human health maintenance / improvement using new functional lactic acid bacteria.
