In conjunction with the Japan-Russia Agricultural Technology Exchange, a delegation from the Agricultural Science Section of the Russian Academy of Science that included Dr. Irina M. Donnik visited the NARO Headquarters on November 21, 2019 and met NARO President Dr. Kazuo KYUMA and Vice President Dr. Atsuro MATSUDA. The delegation also visited National Institute of Animal Health, NARO (NIAH).
