07. Pathogenicity of highly pathogenic avian influenza infection correlates with host and viral factors

Japanese

A constellation of internal gene segments of H5N1 subtype highly pathogenic avian influenza virus (HPAIV) affects viral replication, survivability, clinical signs, and gene response in hosts. Host genes correlated with survivability are identified through analysis of gene expression among infected chickens.
