20. The hereditarily asplenic mouse, Dominant hemimelia

Dh (Dominant hemimelia) mice have no spleen and bones of the hindlimb are malformed. Examination was made of the effects of the Dh gene on splenogenesis and limb morphogenesis using aggregation chimeras.
