10. Effects of thiamine treatment on sheep models of cerebrocortical necrosis

Changes in electroencephalograms, clinical signs and biochemical thiamine-related indicators following a thiamine treatment were observed in 12 sheep affected with experimental cerebrocortical necrosis (CCN).Blood thiamine-related indicators in the sheep with CCN returned to normal levels 4 hours after the treatment of thiamine. Behaviors and electroencephalograms of the sheep returned to normal 1 to 6 days after the treatment.
