チャンバー法の簡易版
概要
牛の鼻口部をマスクで覆って鼻口付近のガスを吸引し、単位時間当たりのメタン排出量を測定する方法で、チャンバー法の簡易版といえます。測定中は飼料摂取ができないため、短時間の測定を複数回行います。
