Welcome to ROOTomics Lab.
We are proposing to obtain root-related multi-omics data, ROOTomics, by root phenotyping, using an X-ray CT scanner, along with shoot phenotyping and transcriptome analyses. ROOTomics will allow the modeling of ideal root system architectures (RSAs) that are robust enough to withstand environmental stresses. Based on these models, we aim to develop climate-resilient crops that produce higher yields.
